August Happennings

My Birthday ---hip hip hooray, Braxton is born-our first greatgrandson, Kids week at Nana and Papas,Clayton graduates from Basic Training-Air Force(pics soon)

A little dissapointed because the baby had to be taken Csection..the family is now thrilled with this sweet little package.... Our first "great"grandson born to our grandaughter Rebecka and her husband Garrett on Little Clayton's birthday...how fun is that?

I love my birthday....the only day for no guilt self indulgence....Everyone is os good to me..I GOT LOTS OF NICE CARD AND SOME SWEET GIFTS AND SOME FUNNY ONES TOO...Thank you all for blessing me on my day!

Inside there are interactive things to do ...it is really interesting

We took the kids to the lake to go swimming...it was windy but a really nice day...Brooklyn and I wallked over to this big old rock...it was quite a hike on a rocky beach for a less than sure footed nana

Started off with a walk at the pier and a milshake came home to make a nice fire and BBQ hot dogs etc

These guys were so cute daning to the beat of this cool rain drum...when there is no rain they pipe it and it has a really "rasta" beat

Adventures in Bowling!!! We went bowling...Brooklyn got his first strike ever!!! yea good for you buddy!

We also went garage sailing Brooklyn and papa went fishing, and to the drive-in ...it was a fun visit...thanks kiddles
