Wow three June pages....lots going on this month I quess....this page covers Father's Day, Grandma's Birthday, and Sue's(a friend) Wedding....hugs Rosie

As soon as we got home it started to rain so that put the kabosh on eating outside and yard games...But I bbq'd steaks and Amy made some great pies...the guys relaxed  watching an old western I think...opened their gifts.... ate and we all just chilled  ...it was relaxing Oh yea that's what Father's Day is supposed to be like huh?

Grandma has been so miserable in the nursing home we wanted to find something that would bless her a little In the past few weeks we have tried bring videos of the family...pictures but she has a hard time seeing...we've tried bring food we would ask her if she would like  so Marsh has searched for things like catfish etc... and found them and brought them to her ....We baked homemade cookies ..but she couldn't eat much... so we thought we will do a full birthday....for you that don't know it is really hard for grandma to communicate  because of the tumor... so for her birthday Marsh and I bought in decorations...a card ...cake ...a gift...she was thrilled! then we......

took her for a long,long ride around the big block....she always like going outside...but she is always sad and a little mad to go back in.... I have been so proud of Marshall for how he is handling this ...There have been a lot of issues in their life and mom and son... but he has put that all aside to do what is right....when we take her outside he is always playful and fun with her....We even took her to a pizza place for pizza cause she had a hankerin' for a slice....He has been working two jobs with the bus route and pastoring but he has tried really hard to make it darn near every other day to see her 14 mi away.....That's my baby ...just wanted to brag on him a bit

You know we are not great dancers but we like to have fun with each other.... and even though it is silly we thought we would try to do the Electric Slide with everyone ...we finally got the hang of it when the song was over...but we had fun yahooooooooooooooo!
